3. Attachements
- Articles of Incorporation
- Letter of Consent by the promotor
- Documents Certifying the Selection of the Representative Director at Incorporation
- A Letter of Acceptance of Assumption of Director at Incorporation, Representative Director at Incorporation and Auditor at Incorporation
- Registered Seal Certificate. In case where the foreign national has not registered one’s seal impression in municipality, the signature by affixing the name and seal can be enough, however, in this case, a certificate that the signature is that of the foreigner (so-called “a signature certificate”) must be attached. The certificate must be prepared by the authorities of the country of origin (including the consular of the country and the authorities with jurisdiction in Japan).

- A Written Report of the Survey as to the Director at Incorporation and the Auditor at Incorporation and its Annexed Documents
- Documents Evidencing the Payment
- A Certificate of the Representative Director at Incorporation as to Appropriating the Amount of Stated Capital

4. Application at the Legal Affairs Bureau for registration
5. Certificate on registered information and company seal impression certificate (approx. within about two weeks from four days after application for registration)
6. Opening of bank account under company name
- The legal Affairs Bureau examines the corporate name if the same company name exists already. ↩︎
- Isolated space is required for the office. Home and Office is not allowed. ↩︎
- When a foreign national requests registration, he/she may do so with a certificate from the official of his/her home country that the signature on the application form or letter of attorney is his/her own. ↩︎
