Business Area
- business area shall be within the area defined by local transportation bureau
- at least one business site is located in the business area
Business Site
- located within the business area
- Land and building can be used for more than 1 year
- complying with relevant laws and regulations such as building standards act, city planning act, fire service act and Cropland act
Vehicle
- you have proper ownership
- there is a minimum requirement for number of the vehivle
Garage
- in principle, located next to the business site
- enough capacity to store all vehicle for the business
- isolated location which is divided from other vehicle for other usages.
- you have right to use more than 1 year.
- complying with relevant laws and regulations such as building standards act, city planning act, fire service act and Cropland act.
- test, inspection, maintenance and cleaning equipments are furnished.
- enough space on entrance and exit area.
Facility for rest and nap
- enough capacity and appropriate equipments
- isolated space which is divided from the user space for business usages.
- you have right to use more than 1 year.
- complying with relevant laws and regulations such as building standards act, city planning act, fire service act and Cropland act.
Management
- dedicated staff – more than 1 person
- management plan
- chain of command
- accident and incident prevention plan
- supervision system
- grievance mechanism
